Breaking the Stigma

Focus on reducing internal and external stigma related to addiction, and how shame can hinder recovery. Introduce peer support and community acceptance.

Identifying Triggers

Identify personal triggers and develop coping mechanisms

Building a Support System

Explore the importance of social support in recovery, and learning how to build strong networks of family, friends, and community resources.

Behavioral Therapies (CBT, DBT)
